The main objective of the Government of Assam to start this scheme is to provide money to those students who want to pursue higher education but are unable to pursue their higher education and fulfil their dreams due to non-payment of educational expenses. • To be eligible for this scheme, the applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of Assam
•  Only those applicants who have availed education loan from any scheduled commercial bank or regional bank in the state of Assam will be eligible for this scheme.
• To be eligible in this scheme, the bank must be recognized by the Reserve Bank of India
• There is no income criteria to be eligible for this scheme

• Student’s Aadhaar Card
• Parents’ identification documents
•  Bank loan documents
• Residence Certificate

Step.1: To apply online in this scheme, the applicant must first visit the official website of Abhinandan Education Loan Subsidy Scheme.

Step.2: When the applicant goes to the homepage of the official website, he has to click on the Apply for Loan Subsidy Scheme option.

Step.3:  When he clicks on the option of Apply for Loan Subsidy Scheme, an application form will appear in front of him

Step.4: The applicant has to fill in this application form all the necessary information that is asked in it

Step.5:  The applicant has to attach all the necessary documents along with this application form

Step.6: When the applicant has entered all the information, he/she has to click on the submit option to complete his/her registration process thus completing the registration process.

Step.2: When the applicant goes to the official website, if you are checking the status for the first time, you may be asked to create an account on the respective portal.

Step.3: When you log in, after logging in you have to enter your application number, loan account number or other relevant details

Step.4: When you have entered all the details, you have to click on the status check option there. 

Step.5: When you click on the check status option, you will see the subsidy or loan status that you have received under this scheme. The amount will be provided whether you are eligible for the scheme or not
