• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age to apply in this scheme
• To apply in this scheme, the applicant must have a Domicile Certificate confirming that he/she has continuously resided in the state of Maharashtra for 15 years.
•  Under this scheme, a family belonging to an economically weaker section with an annual income of ₹ 6 lakh will be eligible for housing units up to 30 square metres.
• A family belonging to the lower income group should have an annual income between 6 lakh to 9 lakh and if its annual income is between 6 lakh to 9 lakh, it will be eligible for housing units up to 60 square metres.
• Families belonging to the middle income group should have an annual income between 9 lakhs to 12 lakhs and if their annual income is between 9 lakhs to 12 lakhs, they will be eligible for 160 square metre housing units.

Step.1: To apply in this scheme the applicant must first visit the official website of Mhada housing.mhada.gov.in
