The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has invited applications for a new built-up housing scheme (flats) in Sector 22-D, Yamuna Expressway, Noida. The purpose of the YEIDA Plot Scheme is to provide affordable residential facilities to citizens. Under this scheme, approximately 1200 flats will be offered. This scheme began on September 19, 2024, and the last date to apply is March 31, 2025.

The allotment will be conducted through a draw of plot numbers:

1. The first draw will be for applicants who make full payments.
2. The second phase will be for applicants who have made a 50% payment.
3. The third phase will be for applicants who have made a 30% payment.

Two payment options are available:

1. Option 1: Applicants can make a 100% payment within 60 days and receive a 2% discount.
2. Option 2: Payment in installments, with 30% (10% EMD + 20% allotment money) due initially and the remaining 70% to be paid over five years in installments.

4. Pay the registration fee and 10% EMD.
5. Once the application is processed, a Letter of Intent will be issued.
