Ownership of a Permanent Home
- EWS Category:
- The applicant, spouse, or unmarried children must not own a permanent home anywhere in India.
- LIG Category:

Domicile Certificate
- Applicants in both categories must be permanent residents of Maharashtra and must present a domicile certificate proving residence of at least 15 years.
