The objectives of the Delhi Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana
The primary objective of the government’s scheme is to provide monthly financial assistance to poor people. Economically vulnerable families will receive a monthly financial aid of Rs 1000 for women aged between 18 to 60 years. The purpose of launching this scheme is to provide financial assistance to women, thereby enhancing their economic independence, so they can easily manage their household expenses. This scheme will support women belonging to families with an annual income of less than 2.5 lakh rupees. If their income exceeds 2.5 lakh rupees, they will not be eligible for the benefits of this scheme. Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana Start Date
The Mukhi Mantri Mahila Saman Yojana was launched on 4th March 2024 by the Government of Delhi and eligible women under this scheme will be provided Rs 1000 per month in the financial year 2024 and 2025.
