The government of Gruha Lakshmi Scheme Telangana 2024plans to build 4 lakh homes with a budget of Rs 12,000 crore and 1 lakh homes with a budget of Rs 4,12 crore under the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme. Each woman will get a one-time payment to build a home that suits her needs.

So far,Gruha Lakshmi Scheme Telangana 2024 119,000 homes have been approved across the state, and 43,000 more have been approved under the state quota. The program will be tested first in Huzurabad and then rolled out phase by phase across the state.”

• 3,000 homes in each of the 119 seats
• Only women can buy homes under this scheme
• They will get Rs 1 lakh in three payments directly into their bank account
• The government will also distribute land and build double-bedroom homes separately.

To apply for this scheme, you must:

• Live in Telangana permanently
• Be a woman from the family
• Belong to Dalit, SC, ST, BC, or minority community
• Have a food security card
• Own land to build a home
• Not already have a house with a strong RCC roof

• A certificate showing your caste (Caste certificate)
• A small photo of yourself (Passport-size photo)
• Your mobile phone number
• Your email address
• Your ration card

1. Wait for the official website to launch (after June 24, 2023)

2. Go to the website and click “Apply Online”

3. Fill out the application form with your details

4. Upload the necessary documents (like ID proof, address proof, etc.)

5. Submit the form

The Telangana Government hasn’t released the application form yet. They will create a special website and mobile app for the scheme. Once the form is out, eligible applicants can:

1. Fill out the form and submit it

2. Wait for the District Collector to review and approve their application

3. Get money for their house in phases (if approved)

The District Collector will make a list of approved applicants

If you don’t get money in the first phase, you’ll be on a waiting list for future phases
