- The applicant must be the owner of agricultural land in order to be eligible to apply for this scheme.
- The applicant must have access to water sources such as individual or collective farm ponds, wells, borewells, or perennial rivers/streams to be eligible for the scheme.
- All individuals who have not benefited from the Mukhyamantri Solar Agriculture Pump Yojana will be eligible to benefit from this scheme.
