  • 45 thousand rupees for a loan of one and a half lakh.
  • 60 thousand rupees for loans of two lakhs and three lakhs.
  • An additional subsidy of Rs 10,000 will be made available to SC/ST category and other individuals.

  • A family that has a mud house with concrete or a cooked room.
  • Families who have not benefited from government assistance for residents.
  • Families whose monthly income is less than 25,000 and who have benefited from assistance less than 70,000 in the past.
