• Families owning more than 1 acre of irrigated land or 2 acres of unirrigated land.
• Families with government employees or those receiving government pensions.
• Families with permanent or contract-based government jobs.
• Applicants who have availed benefits under other government marriage schemes.
• Applicants with incomplete or false documentation.

Under the Moovalur Ramamirtham Marriage Scheme 2024, eligible beneficiaries will receive a financial grant of ₹1,000.
