Finance Minister Sh. Kanubhai Desai of Gujarat has introduced the financial year of 2024-25 recently and according to this final year, Namo Lakshmi Yojana Gujarat has been planned for the citizens of Gujarat. The government of Gujarat decided to provide financial support, to female students of Gujarat just under 9 to 12 grade. With the help of this scheme, eligible females would get per monthly allowance that would help them continue their studies and reduce the burdens of studies.

INR 500 will be given to the students of the 9th-10th class after 10 months of the educational year and the rest of the amount INR 10,000 will be sent to their accounts after passing the 10th board.
The Students who are in their 11th and 12th grade in the year 2024-25 will be given INR 750 every month for their educational session and then the remaining amount of INR 15,000 will be given to their accounts when they have successfully cleared their 11th and 12th grade.

The application date was started from next Monday 1st September. The amount that has been decided for this scheme is 85 crores as a first installment.
