The scheme aims to achieve several key objectives:

Land Identification Procedure as Per PM SVAMITVA Yojana Scheme
After the registration process, the residential land will be measured through drones, creating a digital map of every property which falls within the village limits. The survey is being conducted in the presence of Gram Panchayat, the Revenue Officer, Property owners and a police team.
In case of any dispute, the issues or conflicts must be reported within 15-40 days of the survey. In the absence of any such dispute, the state governments will create a property card for land in the property owner’s name.
