• District Access Login
• Go to the following link to log into District Level: https://cmvayoshree.mahait.org/

• MahaIT has made the Social Justice and Special Assistance (SJSA) department district logins available to all users.

• After the online portal opens on the screen, the user needs to enter their username and password in the login box.
• After the district login has entered their login credentials, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
• The district user will enter the OTP that was issued to their mobile device.
• After entering the OTP and choosing the Verify OTP option, the user will be able to connect into the site successfully.

B. Bulk Aadhar Authentication-

1. The Aadhar Demographic Authentication can be done in bulk by the user.

2. To do Bulk Aadhar Authentication, the user needs to choose the Aadhar Authentication Tab.

3. To select each application, the user needs to click the checkbox. To authenticate Aadhar in bulk, the user needs to click the mass Aadhar Demographic Authentication button after selecting each application.

C. Scrutiny- District Login

• The Scrutiny tab must be clicked by the district user.

• Following selection of the Scrutiny tab, the screen below will appear.

• After the list of beneficiary records appears, the user needs to choose the “Click Here” option to examine the beneficiary application.

• The beneficiary application will open when you select “Click Here.”
• The district user can choose to accept or reject the application once the beneficiary application’s details have been verified.
• To approve the beneficiary’s application, the user must click the “Application Approved” button.

• By using the “Application Rejected” button, the user can reject the beneficiary application if there is any difference discovered in the application.

D. Bulk Approval Process

• Bulk approval of Aadhar-authenticated applications is possible for the user.

• To accept the Aadhar Authenticated Applications, the user must use the given search box to find applications whose Aadhaar Authentication Status is yes.

• The user then has to select the Aadhar-authenticated applications and click the “Bulk Approve” button.

F. Login to the State Nodal Officer (SNO) Application for Fund Transfer Generation

1. Applications authorized by all district users will be viewable through the State Nodal Officer (SNO) Login.
2. A state user may create an RFT (Request for Fund Transfer) against the beneficiaries.
3. The State user will pick the financial year, month, scheme name, and action before choosing to Generate RFT and Download the RFT form.
4. By selecting the Proceed button, the state user will generate the RFT, which will be generated against the beneficiaries.
